Pan-Seared Red Snapper Filet
pecan-corn bread crust, orange-ginger sauce, avacado and crab salad, coconut rice and fresh vegetables

New Zealand Rack of Lamb
with Dijon-herb crust, ratatouille, roasted Vermont fingerling potatoes, balsamic mint reduction and rosemary oil

Wild Mushroom, Spinach and Vermont Cheddar Strudel

Reservations are required.
A $100.00 deposit is required per party for non Green Mountain Inn guests.
Cancellations less than 72 hours in advance will result in a forfeiture of deposit.
